My daughter is applying for her first PR card however, she doesn’t have a passport (as she was on my wife’s passport when we arrived in 94) also, she has no driving licence.
What she does have is her work photo ID and a BYID ID.
She does have her record of landing.
I read that you can support your application a “statutory declaration signed by you attesting to your identity and a statutory declaration also attesting to your identity signed by:
a person who knew you before you came to Canada (such as a family member)”.
We obviously can obtain this but I was wondering how likely is she to be rejected as she needs to visit the UK in March…?
