Hello,

I have a few questions that I’ve been trying to get answers in vain.

My fiance is back home and I have been in Canada for the last five years I got my pr on humanitarian basis due to religious persecution

Is it possible for me to go back home and marry him?

Or is there a possibility that I could get a visit visa for him to come to Canada for the wedding?

Secondly I have been unable to find a job for the last six months and have been suggested to get Ontario works.

Will this effect my sponsorship for my fiance?

I also do not have a good credit history will the effect my application?

In terms of returning to your home country, it may be best for you to consult a lawyer who is familiar with Canadian Immigration issues to see what your options are.

Regarding your question about getting a visitor visa for him, unfortunately, it is difficult to say whether or not he will get a visa because there are no guarantees that he will be given a visitor visa.

You cannot apply to sponsor your spouse if you are in receipt of social assistance for reasons other than a disability.

Regarding your question,

You cannot sponsor if you have declared bankruptcy which has not been discharged.
