Wrong Date of Birth in CIC Computer/Files

Hello
I am new permanent Resident.My CPR form has correct date of birth .But today I received letter from health issuance that your date of birth does not match with immigration department.

My CPR form and passport and all other documents has the correct date of birth

I have not got my first PR card yet.I am afraid it may have wrong date of birth.

I called cic many times but they keep on saying me to fill the amendment document of landing record but the mistake is there only in computer

Please help me

Will my PR card have wrong DOB?
How to Re-issue again?
I am planning to go back home country
please help
