Re-Applying for PR Card

I am a US citizen. I lived in Canada for 47 years. My husband and I moved to the US 4 years ago. He now wants to return to a Canada. I collect CPP and OAS. And I have RRSP’s in Canada. My 2 children are Canadian citizens.

I had to renounce my landed immigrant status but know would like to return. What must I do?
