Police Clearance for Citizenship

I have been a permanent resident since 2014, I used the physical presence calculator and it said I am eligible to apply for citizenship on Jan 2018.

Do I still need to get police clearance from the countries I have lived for the past 5 years since I have passed this clearance when I applied my PR?

Hi I have a question I applied for Canadian citizenship my application was returned back due the photo specification not meeting the requirement criteria. I resubmitted my application without revising and attaching the photos but I heard it should be within the 90 days on April 14, 2019. I have a feeling it might be returned back.

So I have 2 questions

  1. Is there any other criteria which I should consider while filing the application again
  2. I got a provincial nomination from Saskatchewan and moved to Ontario couple of months after I received my permanent residency will it affect my application?
