No Response from CRA

I applied for cctb for my child,and send application to concerned tax center on date August 24,2015.
But till the day there is no response from cra.

1-800-387-1193 (Canada and United States)

Their automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time).
