I am wondering how to apply for my daughters child tax.
She did live with family for a few months and i was etransfering her CCB to her aunt and she applied for months back when i did not day she could.

Hi my family and me came Canada in 2014 as a refugee claimants but finally we were approved by humanitarian and compassionate in principal on September 2016.we were doing our taxes since the first year we were here. I tried to apply for CCB but CRA is waiting for my permanent resident document even if I were approved in principal. My question is if I will heft the retroactive payment for my kids ( 3 were born outside and one born here). I call CRA but they say it depends of the evaluator. We were in title for other credits and benefits during this years but I am not sure for CCB. Some people in similar situation received pay back . Looking for a similar experience
