My daughter is studying in canadian university (full time course) since fall 2013.
We are canadian PRs.But we have not yet moved to Canada permenantly because of personal issues. But planning to move soon.
My daughter is also PR.Can she apply for OSAP?
She did not stayed there before september 2013. She stayed there from september 2013 to April 2014.
From May 2014 to august 2014 she was with us in France as it was a vacation period.
She agained joined her course the year from september 2014.
Does she fulfill the Ontario residency requirement for OSAP?
Also, she is dependent. She has submitted her income tax returns.
Since we are not staying in Canada, which income proofs do we need to submit?
