How much money do I have to bring for 3 person family (me, my wife & my 1 year old son)?
Is it $17,000 cad or the same $10,000 cad?

For a family of 3 it states that you are required to bring $18,097. This is listed in Canadian dollars.
We strongly suggest that you confirm this amount by going to the CIC Website in the Proof of Funds - Federal Skilled Workers section.
It also states that you do not have to show that you have these funds if:
- you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
- you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.
