How can I Sponsor my Spouse?

Hello I am from Canada.

And I just married someone in the Philipines.

But I don’t know what forms I need to fill out in order to bring her to Canada as a permanent residence.

So can you please tell me how to get the right forms?

And do I also need to fill out a Spouce sponsorship form as well?
