I am a Canadian citizen living outside of Canada for the past five years. My wife is not a permanent resident of Canada.
Can I sponsor her to get PR from outside of Canada?
If by law I can sponsor her from outside of Canada, what would be the procedure? I know in Canada, we have to have proof of income and income taxes, how does that work when I am not employed in Canada.
