Hi,
I am an International student from India studying in Canada since Sept 2012.
I went to India for a visit in May 2013 and I got married.
I left India next day to come back to Canada to continue my program.
I went back to India for a visit in May 2014 for 3 months and continue to reside with my parents.
In past 2 years my husband and I have established that we do not wish to be together and like to get a divorce.
He is in India and I recently graduated from my program.
How can I get a divorce without going to India?
Please advice.
