Divorce Canadian PR and Indian Citizen

Hi,

 I am a PR of Canada and was married in Delhi, India on June 05, 2015 to an Indian Citizen.

 Due to certain situations, I would like to file for divorce from my spouse.

 I have not filed the sponsorship application for my spouse yet.  She is residing in India at the present time.

 My question is Can I file for divorce in Ontario or would I have to file for divorce in India.

 If I can file for divorce in Ontario, what are the steps involved and approx. cost to do so.

-You were legally married in Canada or in any other country.
-You intend to separate permanently from your spouse or have left your spouse already, and you do not believe there is a possibility you will get back together.
-You and/or your spouse have lived in Ontario for at least the 12 months preceding your application.
