Family Sponsorship - Updates?

Hi there,

We applied for family sponsorship at the beginning of the year through mississauga and it then got forwarded to Ottawa CPC. 6 weeks ago the status changed to decision made. I read that they mail you out the info but we have not received anything in the post.

We applied from outside of Canada and I have filled out a webforms and sent the Ottawa CPC an email. I understand there is a wait in their response, but I find it absolutely ridiculous that I cannot get in touch with them any other way. ???

Does anyone have any suggestions or have gone through this??

Any help to stop my panic is appreciated!
