Spousal Sponsorship - Is there something wrong?

Hello!

I applied last April 23, 2015 for spousal sponsorship. In the status tool it says CIC Mississauga received it April 27,2015. Under it says Medical Results received.

everytime I check the processing time, spousal sponsorship section they are already processing may applications. But whenever I check with the tool its still Application Recieved. And it says last updated June 02,2015. Is there anything wrong with my application or is there anything I can do? Call someone maybe.

My husband and two babies are citizens already. And we have an agency who filed it for us.

Hi

  1. The OP didn’t say if it was “in Canada” spousal or out of Canada, if it is “in Canada” she would not receive any information for 16 months.
