Do I need to include my Husband for Citizenship?

My husband didn’t come with us to Canada, however, when I registered for school for kids, I wrote both parents guaranty, now the schhol won’t allow me to change to I’m the only guardian.

I support my family myself, and didn’t have any contact with my husband.

I have been wondering that when I apply the citizenship what kind of marital status should I choose and will that affect my application of citizenship?

I am not willing to contact him again, will that affect my citizenship application?

The options are:

-Never Married
-Married
-Common-Law
-Widowed
-Divorced
-Legally Separated

Your marital status should not affect your citizenship application.
