Can he apply for Citizenship with us?

Hello!

Can anyone help me please?

We all are permanent residents.

My husband works sometimes abroad Canada just because there is no work for him here.

In this way he may never get 3 years out of 4 of living inside Canada.

However, he pays taxes in a due way. His family (myself and our daughter)are always here.

He never went outside Canada except for work.

Can he try to apply for citizenship together with us ( we will soon have 3 years since we migrated)?

How to do this?

I mean he can apply in a regular way or he must apply right away through the court?

Your husband must meet the citizenship residency requirement in order to apply for citizenship. If he has not lived in Canada for 3 out of the last 4 years, then he does not qualify and should not apply along with you. He will have to wait until he does meet the residency requirement before applying. There is no way around the residency requirement. He has to meet it if he wants to become a Canadian citizen.
