Can I get my PR status back?

I have send out my renewed PR Card application by the regular mail at July 13, 2016. But I have not get any reply from CIC until right now yet. Is it a common situation or not? How can I check that is it going on the right way or not?

  1. The processing time for renewals is 91 days, you won’t hear anything from IRCC unless there is a problem.

I have not get the Email from CIC. So I have no way to check if my application is going on process or not. Any idear, how can I check my application is going on right way or not?

The Facts and current status of the applicantion.

  1. I have send out my renewed PR Card application by the regular mail at July 13, 2016.
  2. got mail from CIC on August 30, 2016 and ask me to correct some mistakes. For ex, to get photograph and sign what I lost in form.
  3. I sent the corrected docs to CIC on the August 30 ,2016.
  4. Waiting

I have not get any the Email and/or a post mail during the process right now.
