I have noticed that when I am trying to make appointments at a clinic, which accepts also patients with OHIP (i.e: this is a regular walk in clinic), I am asked by the secretary what issue I am trying to see the doctor for.
She does so on the phone, and says out the issue out loud and even in person!
How do I have privacy if I have to say I have some issue I am embarrassed about in front of a line of 20 students?
They also then, put me in a waiting area and make me see a nurse, who also just asks the same question and writes it down.
She has never done any measurements, nothing; seems like a blatant misuse of my tax money.
Then the doctor comes in and actually does all of the work.
