Everytime I come to see the family doctor, the receptionist will ask me to wait for over 1.5hrs, sometimes over 2hrs, but I’ve made the appointment weeks ago.
Even when I arrive 30min earlier, I still need to wait over 1 hr and when I talk to the receptionist, she just ignores me and give me that ‘I don’t care’ attitude. it’s very rude and disrespectful.
I really hope there’s some kind of resolution to this.
