Hello,
I’ve heard that in some cases after the court decides to sell joint property, the funds are frozen for some time (could be a very long time), and are not split between the ex partners. My question is in which cases this happens, and if one of the partners refuses to collaborate (does something that makes the court to freeze the funds), what could the other partner do in order to resolve the situation.
Thank you
