I sent in a void cheque and a PAD agreement with all my bank details, but did not fill out or sign the lease confirming which dates I agreed to stay.
They took money from my account for the first month, and I shut my account so they could not withdraw any more money.
I have also been in a dispute with my housemates, as they let someone live in my room without paying me, and without my consent/knowledge.
We have a shared 3 person lease.
What can the landlord do given I havent signed, and given my housemates have sabotaged my ability to find a sublet.
