My partner has been a PR for 15 years and is applying for citizenship.
He had a copy of his high school diploma but his ex-wofe trashed it.
According to England’s National Record of Achievement, they only hold the record for 25 years after DOB.
Which means he does ot have proof that he studied English.
What else can be used?
