UK Driver's Licence - Possible to Exchange?

I am unable to ascertain if the UK and Canada have an agreement that I can exchange my full UK drivers licence to a Canadian one.

At present I am in Canada on a two year study visa and I wish to drive. The links that are attached to the page are not found and I am still none the wiser.

Please advise who or where I contact to arrange this.

Also with Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, the Isle of Man, Japan, Northern Ireland, Korea, Switzerland and the United States.
