Travelling from Mexico to Canada by Land - Visas?

Hi I wanted to know what the requirements would be in case I wanted to travel from Mexico to Canada in my own vehicle.

I’m Mexican resident don’t have a visa for Canada nor the U.S.

Would I need a visa for the time I would spend in U.S roads?

I would only be passing through.
