Surname Change on PR card

Hello,

I have a question regarding my last name on my PR card.

I’ve been married for 5 years now, but just recently changed my last name to my married name. My health card, drivers license and passport (currently processing) are in my married name already.
My PR card does not expire until 2017 I believe. Do I have to change my last name on my PR card or can I wait until it expires?

Also, what document can I use to prove that I changed my name? I never change my name on our marriage certificate.

Thank you!
