I sponsored my husband.when I check his statue in the Online application statue (gc.cic.ca) ,the file is in Process,the embassy recieved medical 1year ago and we paid the Visa Fee about 1 month ago,how long will be Decision part?

Here is my situation. I appreciate and help or feedback. I am a born canadian citizen. I moved for wprk to amman, jordan. During this time I met my current wife. I want to now sponser her to be able to travel with me when I go back to canada. I do not have an income in canada as my income is in jordan. However I do have a place of residence in canada. Please before I start with the application, what advice can you give me or provide me with a route to the right path. Thank you all.
