I am a Canadian citizen currently living in the US with my American spouse.
I have received a job offer in Canada and plan to return in July.
Is my husband able to come to Canada with me at that time and apply for permanent residency upon arrival in Canada or is it preferable to begin the application process prior to leaving the US?
