I have the option to ask for refund my 200$, because my application is returned to me for being incomplete.
I am wondering if I do so I will be able to apply again latter?

my application has been returned today saying that i i havent attached the old passport with the application which they didnt mention in requirements. My application was submitted on 10 june 2015 under old laws.
Is there anything i can do about this cuz thats unfair i guess and if i submite again< do i have to submit under new laws ?
