PRs Sponsor Child Born Overseas - How?

Dear Sir/Madam,

My spouse and I both have the PR- of Canada and we have a new born child, born in Germany (out of Canada).

As we want to apply a PR of Canada for my son (he is now 3 months old), could you please let me know:

  • Is it possible for us to travel with our son (he is German citizen) to Canada and apply the permanent residency for him in Canada?

  • If yes, could you please let me know, which documents/applications should I prepare and where (which office) should I apply the PR for him (we are residing in Toronto)?
