PR card renewal, confusing response from CIC

Hello there
My PR renewal application was returned to me for some vague confusing reasons.

Instructions say :

  • your valid passport or travel document or- the passport or travel document you had when you became a permanent resident (if applicable, include the passport page that was stamped when you arrived in Canada and became a permanent resident) or

That’s exactly what I did.

Regarding the second issue, the application is dated 2022-5-23 and was received by the office on 2022-6-10. That’s less than a month!

Would appreciate if anyone could clarify.
