My wife has met the residency in Canada in 2011; she is outside of Canada now.
Her PR will expire in 15-July-2016.
1- What is the minimum time required to enter Canada before her PR expiration date? For example (can she travel back to Canada and enter one week before the expiration).
2- After applying for her PR inside Canada, can she leave Canada before receiving her PR.?

We immigrated to Canada in May 2006 and we did the citizen ship exam on 2011. My wife failed to pass the exam because English Languish.
My Wife left Canada with me on April 2012, we are coming back to Canada in coming summer before her PR expiration (July 2016) for three months.
In the last five years, she has only one year residency. (However, as I mentioned above she lived six years from May 2006 to April 2012 in Calgary).
Is there any issue regarding renewal her PR?

apparently she was accompanying a Canadian citizen and therefore there will be no issue for renewal of PR.
whatever days she resided beyond the 5 years period prior of application shall not be considered anyway
Dear Philippe,
I landed in canada on 17th July 2015 after I got Canadian immigration and left Canada on 28th Aug 2015. I stayed there for 42 days.
PR cards me and my family received are having an expiry date of 14th Sep 2020.
My question is that will those 42 days spent in Canada be counted towrds 730 days obligation. If I see 5 years from my PR card then the days from 14 Sep 2015 and onwards would be counted, I am confused on this matter. Please advise. Thanks and regards
Hi!just need help regarding my situation…im booked for vacation this december 2017 but my problem is i check my PR card and it is expired Nov.20,2017…just this week,i renew my PR card and they said it will take 3-4 months,so in case i still didnt receive my New PR card,what should i do?can i still return to canada without a PR card?plz help me thanks
