PR Card Application - Status

Questions about Permanent Residency

Dear Sir/madam,

I have entered Canada with my Permanent Resident Travel Document.

Upon arrival on Nov 10, I mailed out my PR Card application on Nov 20, 2017.

However, Up to now, I did not hear back from the centre if my package is well received and process.

I would appreciate it if you could point out in the correct to have any update regarding my application.

  1. Too early to worry, the processing time for a renewal is 71 days + mailing time. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp

Ho can I contact IRCC through call centre if I am outside Canada? I believe their call centre numbers are for residents currently in Canada.
