I am a new immigrant from Asia.
It was really lucky for me to have a immigration settlement worker who gave me so much advice on settlement, and helping me find out answers of my questions about how to start my new life here.
The experience meeting with him was great. He was punctual, passionate, empathetic and professional during the meeting.
He kept patient to listen and answer my questions. I felt those information were just what I needed and very helpful, and I never felt pressure when meeting, just like talking with a friend.
