Ontario Works - How do I find out Entitlements?

Hi there.
I feel that my caseworker isn’t filling me in on what I am fully entitled.

I have registered for a course and I want to know what Ontario works rules are regarding course fees reimbursement.

I am a single mom of three kids under 9 and all I’m getting is $1049 a month for rent and everything…

Does this sound right?

Is there anything I need to know.

I hear people saying there are allowances for clothing or microwave or stuff like that.

How do I know what we’re entitled to? Can’t find any information online.

Please advise. I need all the support I can get.
