Hi,

I have a question about “proof of residence” document requirement.

I have already received my credit card to mail from my bank, will this document be sufficient to prove my address or do I have to wait for my monthly statement?

Hey,

Unfortunately they dont accept credit card statements… I had gone with statements and they turned me down… It needs to be a bank statement or anything from the list below.

My bank statements are paperless, so What about the eStatements that I download and printed out ?
Would that be sufficient as proof ?

As well, How about the mobile version download of the PDF that I bring along ? Or do they require a must have paper printed version ?

Hi,
I have a tenant fairly new to Canada whose health card has expired. He needs documentation. His driver’s licence is still from Manitoba, the house lease is under his wife’s name but he does work full time at a factory.
Question: Can a signed letter from myself stating he has lived at a house I own (in Ontario) for the past 10 months be an acceptable form of documentation to renew his health card? I have read the list but nothing about a letter from a landlord is listed. Thanks!
