Hello,

I would like to know if I’m eligible for OHIP.

  • I became a permanent resident and landed in Toronto on Nov 22, 2019 then left the country 8 days later.
  • Then, I returned to Toronto on May 13, 2021 and stayed in Canada until Aug 16, 2021.
  • Now I’m planning on staying permanently in Ontario since Nov 5, 2022.

Can I be eligible for OHIP?
