Moving from Quebec to Ontario - Questions

Hi to everyone,
I am from Montreal (Canadian Citizen ) and I want to move to Toronto or any close area around the city. I am wondering if is there exist any governmental organism who can guide or provide me tools for a sweet move in to Ontario .

Also I have applied for jobs in different Ontario cities, but unfortunately these employers gives preferences to Ontarian residents living near to the jobs areas
I need your advice and suggestions to help me out to find alternatives

Hi, I have 2 questions.
I’m a Quebec resident that has been studying in Ontario for five years and just graduated.
I’ve decided to stay in Ontario.
How does this situation change my application process (for let’s say OHIP)?
Also, and this you may not know, what needs to be transmitted to my former province of residency?
Shall I wait to contact my former medical coverage institution until I have applied for OHIP?
