Hotels will offer different rates at different times, you can book online in advance for your arrival in Canada - you can also contact COSTI Immigrant Services who has partnered with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress and other community organizations to coordinate a Housing Host program connecting Ukrainian nationals with a vetted host for a temporary period of time. Families interested in being matched with a host family can contact housinghost@costi.org.
