I have tenant, a great tenant, but a ‘neat freak’… which makes that tenant a great tenant, no argument there!
A bathroom sink has a tiny amount of rust appearing neat the drain/plug area I have repaired with primer and marching porcelain paint. She is not happy and wants the sink REPLACED! I contend the repair is sufficient.
She also wants me to pay for costly interior window cleaning.
Where do i stand?
