My landlord has illegally entered my apartment harassed me called me names yelled in my face with my children

Present and while doing so had my daughter up in her arms gave me a time limit on unpacking my belongings and on many occasions stated that they may enter the unit whenever they please every week if he wants.

The just came into my house again about 3 weeks ago with notice yes but for not reasoning at all I’m told they don’t need a reason to enter. I need some further assistance with this please cuz again they r just doing a walk through on Sunday.

There is a rodent in the garage distorying my belongings they claim it’s my responsibility to refill the live bait to catch it it’s not his stuff being eatin so not his problem ( his words ) I’m totally being bullied and need ur help expert and guidance.

The 24 hour notice must state a time.
Within 2 hours not 8 am to 8 pm.
But must be done between 8-8
And it must state a reason.
Its any of this is not on the notice you don’t need to let them in.
