I’m Permanent Resident in Canada.
I went to visit friends and family in Europe
I lost my wallet (with everything in it) !
* PR Card
* OHIP
* Driver’s License
I don’t remember my UCI number
Am I still allowed to travel back to Canada uding just my Passport ?

Without a valid PR card, you will need a Permanent Resident Travel Document to re-enter Canada as a permanent resident. If your flight home is soon, you may find helpful information in the IRCC guide on applying urgently for a permanent resident card or permanent resident travel document.
Once you arrive home, identification cards like your OHIP card and drivers license are recoverable. You may find helpful information in the Lost or Stolen Identification section of Settlement.Org.
