I applied for immigration as principal applicant but could not examined dependants children due to being not in my custody now I want to sponsor them guide me,how.

  1. If they were not “examined”, then they can’t be sponsored.
  2. They can submit an application under 25.1 of the Act, Humanitarian and Compassionate, with your support, but most are not approved. YOu would have to prove custody with the ability to remove them from their country of citizen
