How to open an ESL private school in Toronto

Hi there, I would like to know the procedures and requirements to open an ESL school for adults in Toronto. I’m a Canadian citizen and I have TESOL Ontario diploma and Masters in Applied Linguistics. I’m part of a church where there are rooms available to open the course and this way, to contribute with our community.

Which steps should I take to start the classes in January 2016?
