How can we contact the PR Card centre directly?

I am canadian citizen, I sponsored my wife and my son, and they landed in June 2011, by August, 2011 my wife received her PR card. We called the immigration asking about my son’s, the told us call within a month.

We called after 2 weeks they said they have sent an email to center in Nova Scotia and the respond will come after one month.

I am wondering what could be the reason and why can’t we communicate with issuing center directly?

Hi, we applied as a family for PR cards. All of us received the cards, except my daughter. In the meantime, we had to travel outside of Canada to attend some personal affairs. We have now filled up the Solemn Declaration Form. But despite several attempts, the form is not going through the Fax number of PR Card Processing Centre. Alternatively, we are thinking of sending this via courier. Is there any courier delivery address for the processing centre?

Hi, here is an update…After several failed attempt to send the Solemn Declaration Form by fax, we have finally sent the application by DHL.

Did you get the pr card of your daughter? I landed in canada august 2015 but until now havent received my pr card. They required me to submit new photos and i complied october last year, still no pr card is delivered by mail. I changed address and my new address appears in ecas already. I contacted cic centre and they said my pr was approved but i havent received it. Pls let me know if i should be alarmed by now?
