How can I request a letter confirming my SIN?

I have my sin number. Im looking to get a letter that confirms this. how can I do this with all the centers being closed currently?

Service Canada is still accepting SIN applications online or by mail. You may want to review their application guide for instructions on how to request confirmation of your SIN.

Here is an excerpt from the “What you will need before you apply” section:

To apply for a Social Insurance Number (SIN), request confirmation of your SIN or to amend your SIN record, you must provide 2 documents:

• a valid primary document that proves your identity and legal status in Canada; and
• a valid secondary document to confirm your identity

There is no fee to apply for a Social Insurance Number (SIN). You can also find articles about the Social Insurance Number (SIN) on Settlement.Org.
