How can I choose a College or University?

Hello everyone,

I have already a bachelor degree from israel (industrial engineering - information systems) and i want to CONTINUE studying in toronto-(study visa) and maximize my knowledge in web development and programming.

what is the best college to study in toronto or the area?
there are alot of colleges out there dont know where to begin there is humber post graduate web dev program
anybody heard of that?

any other suggestions? this link shows alot of places but donno what is the best place

i prefer not more than 2 years of studing (already have a degree so wont do a 4 year degree all over again)
