Harassing Landlord

I have only been in my condo-unit for 3 weeks. The first week, the landlord complained to me about my 19-yr old sons pushing on the wheel-chair accessible door (I understood this complaint and spoke to the boys).
The 2nd week, she complained of cigarette butts being thrown over the balcony (altho my son uses a can we have outside) and states that if there is one more instant, she will be forced to file an N5 - Early termination of lease.
The same day she had put a notice in everyones door regarding smoking on balconies.

I resent this. I feel I am being harassed. I live in an adult building with my 19 yr old son who has mental health issues. He is a good kid but lacks in common sense at times.

I am walking on pins and needles fearing another instance and this isn’t right. I pay almost $1600 in rent, am a single mother without support.

Can she evict me? Does she have a right to threaten me or should I contact the building owners?
