Hi I am living in Toronto since Jan 2014. I immigrated as International student and I completed my graduation in post-secondary in diploma(After Bachelors) in June 2015 and I am looking for job constantly in my field(QUALITY ASSURANCE/SOFTWARE TESTER). Even though I have all necessary soft skills that are required by the employers, I am unable to get my dream job. The employers like my profile and I was offered a job but once they realize that I am not a PR holder, they withdraw my offer letter. :frowning: . Most of them are asking for PR which I don’t have.

  • In this case, how can I land job in my field?
  • Is there any easy way to get PR?
  • Are there any other companies who hire work permit holders?(I have valid Open Work Permit till mid 2019)
