Finding accounts/Finance officer job

Hi!
I am from Pakistsn,applied for Canadian immigration and now waiting. My WES Equivalency is Bachelors (3 years) in Finance. I have a work experience of almost 10 years. How do I search for a job in canada before coming? Is it even possible?
